Prices quoted on the website do not include delivery and collection from our SN3 depot. This is charged at £1/mile.

Hire-a-Stage.com will submit a written quotation via email which the hirer shall accept in writing.

A deposit invoice will be issued and the booking is confirmed only when a £200 deposit is received.

Deposit is non refundable.

Risk Assessments, Insurance documents and Structural Reports will be issued once deposit is paid.

Balance of hire payment will be separately invoiced and payment received by us at least 7 days before your event date.

If the event is cancelled up to and including 30 calendar days from event date, 50% of the hire balance is payable.

The full amount is payable if the event is canceled within 7 days of the event date or if the event is stopped through bad weather or Police/Local Authority intervention.

During the hire period you have full responsibility for the care, safekeeping and return in good order of the stage. You will pay us all costs we incur in rectifying or replacing any damages, additionally you will pay for any financial loss until rectification or replacement is complete

We use a heavy duty tow vehicle but if your event is on a grass site it is your responsibility to ensure our access is possible.

Our stages are very stable and can be used in wind conditions up to 18 m/s (40mph). Above this mesh curtains must be removed.

We will instruct you and supply an anemometer for you to monitor conditions.

All of our stages are designed to cope with unlevel ground up to a maximum of 0.3m, please bear this in mind when choosing your stage position.

Entrance gateways can be no less than 2.65 metres wide and we require 20 metres turning space.

We are very experienced at maneuvering the stages into tight spots but site photographs can often be useful.

A booking made in a Company name must include the details of an individual who will be responsible for the use of the stage, and ultimately payment of, should the company payment fail.

Whilst every effort is made to keep these terms and conditions up to date, we do reserve the right to change these without prior notice.

An up to date copy is included with your booking invoice.
